Special Orders allow CPM Collectibles to offer selected collectible editions that are not currently in stock. Each edition is individually sourced.
Because these editions may be difficult to find and availability can change, Special Orders follow the process below.
1. Placing a Special Order
Special Order items require a 40% deposit at checkout.
The remaining balance is due after the item has been received by CPM Collectibles, and before it is shipped to you.
We do our best to ensure all items listed in our Shop are obtainable, but availability can change quickly. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us to confirm its availability before placing your deposit.
2. Item Verification
After receiving your deposit, CPM Collectibles will verify the availability and condition of the item and obtain photos of the actual edition being offered when possible.
We will share any available photos with you so you can make an informed decision before proceeding.
Your deposit is fully refundable at this stage. You may decline the item for any reason, and CPM Collectibles will refund your deposit in full.
If the item cannot be verified or is no longer available, we will cancel the Special Order and refund your deposit in full.
3. Approval
Once you approve the item and authorize us to proceed, your deposit becomes non-refundable if you subsequently change your mind.
This does not affect your rights if CPM Collectibles is unable at a later stage to fulfill the order as promised.
4. Shipping to CPM Collectibles
The item must be shipped to CPM Collectibles for receipt and inspection before it can be sent to you.
Actual delivery timeframes will vary depending on availability, sourcing, and shipping arrangements.
If the item cannot be delivered or a significant delivery delay prevents us from fulfilling the order, we will contact you with an update and, where applicable, the option to cancel for a full refund.
If CPM Collectibles cannot fulfill your order during this phase, your deposit will be refunded in full.
5. Inspection and Condition
When the item arrives, CPM Collectibles will inspect it and provide photos for your review before shipment to you.
If the item arrives damaged or its condition materially differs from what was represented during the verification and approval phase, we will contact you to discuss the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
6. Remaining Balance and Shipment to You
Once the item has arrived and passed inspection, CPM Collectibles will notify you that it is ready for fulfillment and provide instructions for paying the remaining balance.
Your remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped to you.
After payment is received, CPM Collectibles will carefully package and ship your order using the shipping method selected at checkout.
